An interesting person…

I think one of the nicest compliments given is something like, “You’re a really interesting person!”  I wonder who is an interesting person you have met?  The truth of course is everyone is interesting if you look in the right places and ask the right questions.

What about this guy?  A young man, in his early thirties.  Regarded by many as the world’s greatest lover.  Very attractive.  Smart as well.  He knows stuff.  Another extraordinary trait, he’s very unselfish.  He likes to give things away.  If he’s learned something or knows something he shares it.  Not in that condescending know-it-all kind of way.  He just seems to genuinely care.

Yep.  I’m a little envious.

He's also into social justice.  He has what I call a ‘justice meter’.  When that thing starts to twitch or red-line he does something about it!  What really sets it off?  When people are “held captive” by the chaos of the world.  When people can’t escape from addiction, abuse, unfairness, even their own past.  When people struggle with disease.  When things are just not right.

I read a review about him recently.   “He is a light in the darkness, opens eyes that are blind, sets free captives from prison and releases from the dungeons”.  Colourful language!  But in a weird way not untrue.

And guess what.  He likes to meet people.  Would you like to meet him?  Get your diary out.  March 31 this year.  You’ll know him when you see him.  He’s the one with the key to your prison in his hand.
